2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

• You notify us within 7 days of delivery via email at support@tailored1.com.

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, baby wear, innerwear, accessories, and phone covers are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

• Items purchased during sale or clearance events.

• Customized, altered, or personalized products.

• Gift cards or digital items.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• If the item fails inspection (used, damaged, or missing tags), refund requests may be denied.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the desired size or item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued instead.

6. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

• For defective items, Tailored1.com will arrange reverse pickup (where available).

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists beyond 15 days, contact us at support@tailored1.com.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible.
